Once you selection a date and time for a 20 minute discovery call, I'll send over my detailed investment guide. During our call, we’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of your session, answer any questions you might have about working with me and figure out if we’re the best fit for each other.
After photographing hundreds of portraits over the past few years, I’ve found that I'm not the perfect fit for everyone. That’s why this process begins with a conversation. I want to learn as much as I can about you—fun facts, your personality. All the things!

Once your date is reserved, we'll reconnect to start chatting about possible locations for your session.
If you're not sure about where you would like to take your photos but you have a general idea of the look you would like, just let me know! I'd be happy to recommend a few locations based on your aesthetic!
Location
About 2 weeks after your session, we'll schedule a virtual call together to look at your images through an online gallery and decide on which collection would work best for you!
This gallery will allow you to share your favorites with family, order prints and even download images to share on social media.
Your gallery will remain active for 30 days.
Image Reveal
Here's how it works...
At least 2 weeks before the session date would be recommended, however, the sooner the better! My weekends tend to fill up pretty quickly - especially during the spring and fall, so the sooner you reach out to me, the more likely you are to get your desired date!
To reserve your date, all I'll need is a signed contract along with a paid session of $150. And if something comes up and you need to change your date, just let me know!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Unless you've modeled professionally, you're probably going to feel awkward in front of the camera initially. Heck, I take photos for a living and I sometimes even feel like a deer in the headlights when I'm in front of the camera.
With that said, you're likely going to feel awkward at first, but as the session goes on and I coach you through images, I think you'll find that being photographed can actually be fun. And don't worry about your kids. As a mom of 2 under 2, I'm well versed in capturing even the busiest of little ones.
WE'RE AWKWARD AND MY KIDS DON'T SIT STILL.
Texas weather can be extremely unpredictable. Often, when we're scheduling our initial portrait session date, if it works for our calendars, we'll actually set up both a main date and a rain date just to make sure we don't have to postpone your session for very long if the weather is bad on the original date.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Given that my style of photography is lifestyle/natural, the only physical alterations I provide are blemish removal and teeth whitening if needed. Any additional alterations beyond that are available for $150 per image.
However, during our prep call before your session, I'll make sure to note any insecurities you may have and do my best to pose you and capture various angles that best highlights your features.
CAN I HAVE MY PHYSICAL APPEARANCE RETOUCHED?
Within a few weeks of your session, you'll receive a link inviting you to schedule a virtual image reveal with me through a digital gallery.
This gallery is set up to allow you to purchase your collection, download high resolution images, order prints, canvases and other keepsakes. It's extremely easy and user friendly, so no need to worry about tricky things like color correction, DPI and image format.
